Refund & Exchange Policy

We believe in providing the highest quality items to our beautiful customers, however we understand the occasional circumstances, read more to understand Inguz Culture's Refund & Exchange Policy.

You can 'Get in Touch' via the Contact Us prior to a purchase if clarification is needed.

If you decide to change your mind for any reason we offer the below.ย 

Please read carefully to avoid disappointment. By choosing to shop with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

We offerย Returnsย on all Full Priced items forย STORE CREDITย orย EXCHANGEย only.

To exchange for credit it is essential that items are:

- Returned within 14 days of delivery

- The item returned is unworn, in its original condition and with tags still attached.

EARRINGS, SWIMWEAR & JEWELLERY

- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for Jewellery or Swimwear.

- Shoes must be tried on soft surfaces before wearing, and must be returned in their original packaging without sole markings or scratches.

Returns will be approved at Inguz Culture's discretion.

All marked down products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.ย Failure to meet these conditions may result in your return being sent back to you at an additional charge.

Sale Items are not exchangable, whatsoever.

Please contact Inguzculture@yahoo.com to obtain instructions before returning a product. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

You will need to provide proof of purchase. We will supply you with a return authority and instructions on how to return the product.ย  Please note you are responsible for returning the product to Inguz Culture and all charges incurred are at your expense.

It is required that items are returned using registered post with the appropriate insurance to ensure items are secure in transit. Once we receive returned product as long as it is unworn and in its original condition including any tags or packaging we will provide you with a store credit.

FAULTY

ย All items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped.ย We sincerely hope you never receive a faulty item. If you do, please contact us at Inguzculture@yahoo.com with photos, proof of purchase, and details of the fault. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund promptly, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.ย 

If the manufacturer confirms the fault, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks from the time we receive the item back.

All items need to be kept in original condition,ย unworn with tags still attached. Inguz Cultureย will cover all postage costs if the item is deemed faulty.ย 

All refunds due to faulty items will be processed using original method of payment.

Please note items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Inguz Culture is not responsible for and will not accept the return of any item that is not returned in a new, unused and unworn condition. All returns must be authorised by Inguz Culture.

Please note in the unfortunate, rare circumstance the item ordered has been sold simultaneously in store, Inguz Culture will attempt to re-order the item, however if sold out, you will have the choice of store credit, exchange or full refund.
